Information collected when you visit
When you visit cumbaco.com, our site asks your browser for approximate location information (IP address, city, region, country) via a third-party service (ipapi.co) and sends a short visit notification — including the page you landed on — to our internal alert system after your first interaction with the page (a scroll or a click). This helps us see real human visits and respond to inquiries faster. We do not use this data for advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
The visit notification is sent only once per browser session. If you do not want this notification sent, you can block JavaScript for cumbaco.com or use your browser's tracking-protection settings.
Information you provide
If you fill out a contact form, we collect the name, company, email, phone number (optional), product description (optional), and any additional details you share. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and follow up about U.S. expansion services. The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms; their handling is governed by Netlify's privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses sessionStorage in your browser to remember that the visit notification has already been sent during your current browsing session. It is cleared when you close the tab. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers.

How long we keep information

Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us by emailing info@cumbaco.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
Our services and site are intended for business contacts. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we may also note the change on the homepage.
